Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Pitch Adobes Substance 3D portfolio of solutions to a wide base of audience (CMO’S, Creatives, Designers, etc.in new accounts across verticals like Fashion, CPG, Automotive, Film, Video Games etc.
- Drive revenue for Substance 3D from both existing customers and net new business within the India Consumer & Business Organizations.
- Be responsible for the entire opportunity lifecycle from pitch to closed-win phase.
- Support and grow the partners by developing motivation programs and providing regular engagement on new product knowledge and sales skills.
- Develop and executive the sales strategy with partners and engage in key opportunities by providing product and industries expertise.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with both the customers as well as Adobe's internal business units to drive qualified pipelines.
- Submit accurate forecast to senior management and assist in business planning and sales play development;
- Enhance the corporate reputation and visibility in the region through promotion of Substance 3D products and technical expertise.
Skills/ Qualifications:
- 8+ years track record of IT sales experience (preferably in selling 3D software) with proven record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.
- Proficient with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Skilled solution seller with proven ability to identify, cultivate and close deals in new markets;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Able to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
- Ability to learn new knowledge quickly and successfully share knowledge to relevant stakeholders with proper context.
- Highly motivated and proactive, autonomous, and disciplined
- Market research and industry consulting experience is preferred;
- Proficient in English & Hindi; additional local languages a plus.
