Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work as a part of the internal deal team, evaluating and executing investment opportunities
• Conducting industry, business and financial due diligence across sectors
• Preparation of investment memos, marketing materials and supporting deal documentation
• Support in portfolio company management to achieve business plans, benchmarking performance and assist in building exit strategies (as required)
• Build relationships at the appropriate levels within the portfolio companies
• The candidate will cover a range of sectors and explore a variety of investment ideas using a mix of financial modelling and strategic analysis

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of Investment Banking or Private Equity work experience with a global / domestic institutions (front offices only)
• Having exposure towards execution of deals from a buy or sell side
• Strong financial modelling and valuation analysis skills
• Top Indian/EU/US B-schools, IIT/IIM graduates or undergraduates or CA (top rankers only)
