Job Description

Responsibilities:

Client/stakeholder management
- Client Centric
- Develop a strong link with the Paris FIN team as dual office model
- Report and escalate Client Incidents
- Provide a quick/satisfactory resolution for issues
- Build effective synergy with cross-functional units (RMs, MO teams)
Operational Excellence:
- Deliver BAU per set benchmarks/ agreements
- Monitor/Escalate errors and incidents
- Performing all the below activities to ensure better quality, controls are maintained.
  - The follow up of the contractual documents (financial documents, ratios, technical reports)
    - Update the information received in our Covenant management tool, in liaison with SMO Risk Managers
    - Chase the Loan Agents, if documents are not received on time
The control of the conformity of the information supplied with regards to the finance documents
Check values of ratios with regards to the defined contractual thresholds
If not in line, interact with SMO Risk Managers to see what needs to be undertaken
Data quality improvements - Using systems generated reports designed for follow-up purposes, detect anomalies and propose corrective actions to the Risk Manager
The improvement of the Covenant management tool
Propose and discuss possible improvement with the Team manager
Participate to User Acceptance tests
Ensure compliance/regulatory adherence
Ensure to process the occurrences with accuracy & it should be consistent for PARIS under OPER/FIN/STR.
Ensure to process the occurrences with full respect of the procedure
Ensure to learn the end-to end process by end of the year and be able to assist the team in critical times.
Monitor the occurrences regularly and resolve the expected occurrences within the norm aging. Valid reason if aging for a long time
Ensure to update Exception Tracker for any new learning’s or updates in the process. The same to be discussed with the team in the stand-up meetings.
Ensure to update the Covtrack comments for all the expected occurrences within the stipulated time.
Email enquiries to be responded ASAP within the day and a valid reason to be in place if responded the next day. All responses to our counterparts (Borrower, lenders, teams etc) should be promptly responded. Even if we do not have an answer immediately, acknowledge the email immediately and in case of delay in responses, keep the concerned parties informed on the estimated time when these would be responded.
Risk Management:

Timely and Accurate intimation of any issues and escalations to the management.

FBK should be read and understood and always work as per the FBK norms.

Ensure to maintain minimum incidents and there should not be any incident triggering Financial /Operational loss during the year.

Always keep the documents intact for any sudden audits. No lapses in the documentation.
Ensure to have no critical audit findings in the process handled during the year.
Ensure to participate in the periodic resiliency and remote testing and share the results with the BCP teams.

Qualifications/ Skills:

A good academic background
Good understanding of financing and loan life cycle
Knowledge on Credit risk

Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables along with others
Good communication skills, especially the ability to persuade and influence others
Excellent analytical skills
