Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Primary purpose of the job is to demonstrate ownership in processing requests and or queries (including complex issues) related to interfacing with the ERP systems, in compliance with Process framework
- Oversee the assigned automated, semi-automated & manual data maintenance processes in accordance with existing controls and manage exceptions that the automated process is unable to handle
- Demonstrate process/technical expertise with ability to resolve manual & automation issues and initiate process improvements.
- Work with Process Focal Point to ensure that these exceptions can be systematically handled in the future by proactively identifying areas for improvement in the process. Play active role as a member in improvement projects and sometimes lead improvement projects.
- Responsible to interpret and respond to queries related to the requests and ERP related process.
- Should maintain the records for the work completed like work log, etc. Lead and support other users and focal points in analysis and resolution of issues in these logs
- Knowledge in CO and FI data object maintenance
