Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform application maintenance activities, ensuring updates are completed timely and meet quality standards.  Application maintenance includes activities such as metadata, user security and member list changes; developing and executing test scripts; loading FX rates; updating Excel retrieve files; data loads and application rollovers.
• Ensure help desk tickets are resolved within agreed service level times and monitor survey feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction
• Assist with development of training material, including training videos
• Develop and maintain relationship with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience working in accounting, reporting, consolidation, planning and/or forecasting role(s)
• Administrator type experience with an EPM tool, such as Hyperion or OneStream, preferred
• Strong passion and acumen for technology and helping to drive change and transformation
• Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
