Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of periodic and ad hoc reporting against key business testing and monitoring to support management’s awareness and response to control improvements.
Perform comprehensive analysis both qualitative and quantitative and suggest ways to strengthen the culture of compliance.
Drive innovation – develop new and enhanced reporting models by utilizing best in class tools and capabilities.
Partner and collaborate on business self-testing activities for sales practices and ensure on-time reporting of RBST results.
Management of business-critical reporting suite. Evaluate current reporting to identify opportunities that will enhance reporting capabilities, drive automation, eliminate redundancies, and address reporting gaps.
Create and deliver best in class analytical solutions to ensure the success of Business Conduct Program.
Identifying opportunities for new automated & custom analytics solutions around all areas of GCS/ICS Business Conduct.
Manage work on adhoc requests from Senior Management/strategic stakeholder/GCS/ICS leadership.
Translation of complex analytical output into easily digested insights with clear recommendations.
Identify new technologies and capabilities that can advance and future proof analytical solutions.
Conceptual thinking skills and ability to identify and implement technical solutions to achieve process automation and improve group’s productivity.
Ability to lead a team of 1-2 analysts.

Qualifications/ Skills:

Experience:

3-6 years of experience in risk management MIS, Data Analytics, Finance or Operations management reporting.
Experience in financial services and risk management preferred.

Academic Background:

Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Engineering/ Management

Functional Skills/Capabilities:

Knowledge of risk management and key risk metrics.
Qualitative solutioning /Problem solving in complex & unstructured environment.
Highly detail oriented.
Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis and elevate key risk outcomes from the analysis.
Partner management skills.
Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and understand complex processes with the goal to provide meaningful insights to inform business strategy.
Able to effectively adapt under changing conditions and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced complex environment.

Technical Skills/Capabilities:

Experience in application of Statistical Techniques.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
Experience working in Tableau Desktop and Database Management.
