Application Engineer Jobs in Honeywell - Pune

• Creating new applications while keeping the existing product technology at its core
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
• Defining the product vision, and working closely with a product manager, Customer, and engineer to deliver winning products
• Ensure the deliverable timeline is realistic and aggressive
• Risk identification and mitigation for all projects in the designated area
• Achieve organization Metrics goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity & Customer feedback which are in line with customer and Business Growth
• Follow Leadership Standard Work
• Review the delivery process for the projects
• Participate in Customer complaints and root cause analysis

• Number of new solutions created solving customer problems thereby creating revenue and keeping existing technology at its core
• Enable sales, and increase in revenue for the existing product by working with the Product manager, sales, and customer
• Be a technical focal point for the external customer, and be a voice of the customer for internal Engineering during product improvement
• Ideation to NPI pipeline conversion

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Strong understanding of Safety and Productivity Solutions like Electrical Safety, PPE & AIDC products.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Techno commercial, customer savvy turning existing technology into a solution solving the customer problem
