Job Description
Resonsibilites:
- Knowledge of EPC, HAM, BOT form of contracts
- Potential to independently handle contracts of large infrastructure projects, preferably highway / expressways / elevated corridors.
- Raising pre-bid queries and facilitating the tendering team with critical clause in all potential tenders.
- Daily communications with client / engineer and ensuring all correspondences are replied in timely and apt manner.
- Preparation of Time Extension application duly backed by reasoned programme to substantiate entitlement to time.
- Preparation of Claims & Contractual documents to substantiate claims.
- Handling Conciliation, DAB & Arbitration matter.
