Job Description

Responsibilities:

As part of the technology platform team, the selected person will be engaged in various activities. Tasks and responsibility will vary depending on the phase and area involved. Sample selection can be found below:

Support Platform Manager in day-to-day activities required to keep the platform operating and stable
Coordinate work between various vendor teams ensuring SLAs are adhered to, and improvements delivered as per plan
Ensure that the governance is followed, and continuous improvement is delivered enabling more efficient operation of all teams and better service for the internal customers
Manage the development of new solutions based on Architecture guidelines & principles in line with the Business requirements
Driving the synergies across the teams, delivering continuous improvement to the operations
Support Architects to deliver platform strategy, Proof of Concept, and Pilots
Ensure that development best practices are in line with the Platform guidelines (Code and Doc Repository)
Co-invention of the relevant Salesforce functionalities
Coordinate Service management activities that may vary from release, change, incident, and problem management ensuring that the guidelines and processes are followed, and SLA achieved
Co-management of the multiple technology environment landscape, ensuring effective use of the resources
Provide application support coordination between business teams and support teams for applications built on Salesforce for HR, Finance, and Procurement teams
Driving improvements to and guaranteeing that the tools used on the platform are up to date, fit for purpose to daily deployments activities

Skills and Requirements:-

ESSENTIAL:

Very good communication skills with the ability to work in a global team structure
Proven record of being able to organize a varied workload
Can contribute ideas and think independently, take decisions under time pressure and is up for a challenge, can use own initiative to solve problems
Good attention to detail and ownership of the task at hand
Confident, strong self-starter. Able to take a high-level brief and use contacts and information provided to voice concerns, seek detail and build understanding to make recommendations.
Ability to build strong relationships within own team, but also with people from other Unilever teams and vendors working on the deployment
Quickly adapts to changing environments, able to work to given deadlines
Experience working on IT projects & services
Experience in forward demands and day-by-day based on Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence)
Experience in the Deployment Management process

DESIRABLE:

Experience development solutions for Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)
Experience on develop Mobile Apps for (Android, iOS, and Windows)
Experience on design apps based on UX and UE principles
Experience in Middleware solutions
Salesforce Admin / Developer Certified
Agile (Scrum) methodology Certified
