Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Deloitte US project teams in providing financial consulting services relating to business valuation. Assist in the valuation of intangible assets for regulatory, financial, and tax purposes as a result of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or financial restructuring
- Create/assist in creating financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research, and writing reports
- Deliver high-quality valuation work products and assist other team members in Deloitte India (Offices of the US), when required
- Interact with internal clients and communicate with managers in the United States
- Assist internal clients on client development and practice development assignments
- Supervise work of junior staff to ensure high quality of work products
- May need to work on other Deloitte Advisory engagements
Qualifications/ Skills:
Required:
- MBA Finance
- 0–4 years of relevant Business Valuation experience
Preferred:
- CFA Level II cleared or appeared
