Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Good Performance management (RAN KPI) knowledge.
- Creation of TT through tools within the agreed Response time.
- Strong RCA & fix Skills. Develop and submit network quality and performance periodical, events and upon request reports to management, dashboard, and others.
- Knowledge sharing & collaboration skills. Problem solving & creative thinking.
- Ericsson knowledge, delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Working with people & Manage instructions & procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Experience: 2-6 years.
