Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Associate Project Manager position is responsible for driving the Document Management services analysis and co-driving end to end digitalisation journey.
• This position is going to report directly to Product Owner of Employee Documents and will be closely working with business managers/leaders and have visibility at senior leadership level. 
• Mandatory exposure to Process Mapping knowledge and ability to drive workshops with project drive experience.
• Drive Business Value analysis of the product to the rollout country. Should have experience in Swim Lane process flow creation. 
• Ability to challenge the status-quo, bring in process agility, do compliance checks & legal aspects adherence is important.
• Being proactive and work closely with key stakeholders and other team members. Having Employee data and master data management system experience is a bonus.
• Understanding the scope of document management services on the decided scope. Ensure the end to end as-is process map is mapped for document management services.
• Collaborate with system management team to understand and map the to-be process. Ensure stories are delivered according to agreements (Definition of Done). Be an integrated part of the Agile team & continuously work to help execution of needed activities.

Qualifications/ Skills:

• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience preferably in an international HR Shared Service Centre.
• Experience in end-to-end Hire to Retire processes.
• Experience in ERP system (SAP HR / EC) is a bonus.
• Demonstrated experience with process coordination in a larger organization, also working with stakeholder management.
• Understanding of SAFe Agile methodology is a bonus.
• Good Communications and coordination skills.
