Job Description

Responsibilities:

Management Reporting - To consolidate and prepare presentation decks and review packs for Global Finance & Business Management team Senior Management
Consolidation & reporting of HeadCount Walk-forward Plan for GF&BM (Opening Head Count, Migrations/Growth, Efficiency Saves, and Closing Head Count)
To consolidate and prepare India Book on a monthly basis for Global Finance & Business Management team, to be shared with Global Corporate Centers Chief Administrative Office teams. Closely work with the Finance team for budgeting requirements and monitoring of expenses for the business management center
Updating & reporting of Global Finance & Business Management team, Consolidated HLP numbers to India GCC
Headcount Location Planning - Co-ordination with various lines of business & functions in the Global Finance & Business Management team, for the 3-year headcount forecast to be submitted in the Headcount Location Planning
Project Management and events - Work on various projects and initiatives for the Global Finance & Business Management team, Finance & Business Management including townhall, leadership offsites, and OCFO senior leadership visits
Work as a strategic partner with the GCC support functions for GFBM-level events and initiatives and act as a solution provider. Work on global projects from Corporate Controllers.

Qualifications/ Skills:

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

MBA (Finance)/ Chartered Accountant with 1 + years of post-qualification experience
Experience in a similar business management support or reporting role preferred
Work on continuous improvement/ Automation agenda for the organization
Strong partnering & stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and effectively to multiple stakeholders in various locations globally
Should be good at MS Excel and preparing presentations (PowerPoint)
Proactive with strong influencing and organizational capabilities especially at the senior leadership level

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Ability to prioritize key tasks effectively, manage multiple deliverables and work autonomously within ta team environment
Ability to research issues/problems and provide a 'solution-based' approach
Ability to deliver/extract/report/analyze high-quality data in time-crunched circumstances
Good team player with the ability to make a judgmental call at times independently
