Job Description

Responsibilities:

Staff Engagement: Collaborate with the Business Services team to develop and manage an annual staff engagement calendar and contribute creative ideas to effectively communicate with employee
Marketing and Advertising: Assist in the marketing and advertising of affiliation and engagement activities/events to maximize participation and engagement
Presentation Creation: Utilize various BCG digital tools to create effective and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations
Microsite Management: Work with the team to update and enhance the Global Services Delhi microsite to ensure it accurately reflects the organization's culture and values.
Special Project Support: Provide qualitative inputs for special projects, such as creating content for Service Day or Offsite events and assist in their execution
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure successful planning and execution of external and internal affiliation events
Communication Management: Help draft communications and manage the office slack channel to ensure effective and timely communication with all stakeholders
Collaboration: Participate in global cadence connects to collaborate with engagement and affiliation teams from other GS Hubs and share best practices
Special Project Partnership: Partner with the Business Services Director on special projects, such as DE&I initiatives and the GSD Graduate Program, to ensure their success
Post event follow-up: Gather feedback and insights from staff post the event, and create guidelines for future events accordingly. Be imaginative and support the team to update and enhance the Global Services Delhi microsite
Finances Management: Follow up with the finance for the vendor payments, raise timely Purchase orders and ensure invoices are duly cleared.
Resource Management: Maintain & Update Events & Affiliations folder on SharePoint with key documents from events.

Interpreting rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG’s values and culture
Working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization
Understanding and managing complex reporting relationships

Ability to independently write structured communication with clear and crisp messaging
Ability to design mailers, teasers and newsletters that look catchy and display clear messaging
Ability to chart out a communication plan that clearly depicts number & type of communication with timelines
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively at all levels
Excellent computer and organizational skills to be able to work with attention to detail and tenacity
Convey a strong positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
Team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly
Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure & last minute changes
Demonstrates accountability and ownership
Reliable, timely and flexible and practices effective time management
Demonstrates proactivity by anticipates the needs of others and being able to “add value

Experience and Qualifications

A graduate degree
Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
