Cluster Finance Manager Jobs in Cipla - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial forecasts and analysis for International markets – Australia New Zealand of Cipla having revenue of INR 500 cr
• Preparation of the budget in coordination with different stakeholders and analyse operating results with budget and examine variances.
• Evaluate sales movements on a regular basis and drive profitability through budgetary controls & analysis
• Carrying out financial due diligence and business case / NPV analysis of M&A & in-licensing deals
• Track receivables and monitor credit controls to ensure healthy cashflow for the business
• Carry out strengthened business partnering initiatives including evaluation of inorganic opportunities, pricing strategies, cost reduction strategies, variance analysis, etc
• Strict control over inventory through preparation of management information system for review of slow moving, non-moving, expired, or short dated stock and help support liquidation.
• Preparation of Management P&L for review and presentation to the senior management
• Effective controllership and finalization of entity specific books of accounts and cash flow statements for review and consolidation
• Scenario planning & de-risking the business from external macro-economic factors

Skills/ Qualifications:

• MBA or Chartered Accountant
