Job Description

Qualifications/ Skills:

Handling of incoming and outgoing IC invoices (NTS, GTN) and posting (non-SAP)
Request of IC wire payments and BCM Payments
Handling of Netting positions in IT2NET and clear the invoices
Control and report the month-end balances (ICR)
Control of automated IC process, problem-solving, and cooperation with other Harman departments.
Continuous contact with IC partners
Meet the closing deadlines
Support for external and internal audit
Support and help the Management work, coordinating the team members
Being an active member in relevant projects and process developments
Responsible for training the new team members
Represent team during KPI reviews with Management
Process documentation and process mapping
Ensure continuous improvements in the process
Support any projects assigned
Manage both local and global stakeholders as well as external professionals
