Creative Designer - Video/ Motion Editor Jobs in Labcorp Drug Development - Bangalore

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Edit the video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project

• Improve video and sound quality using various video software

• Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to client's specifications

• Collaborate with creative teammates and marketing teams

• Responsible for assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading it to asset management systems.

• Follow script and screenplay/outlines.

• Apply principles for composition, brand identity systems, color, typography, photography, iconography, and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs.

• Work well within a fast-paced customer centric environment and with a variety of stakeholders.

• Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with expert attention to; prioritize tasks effectively under tight timelines.

• Work both independently and in a cross-functional global team.

• Be accountable and dependable but know when to ask for help.

• Adapt to change and work though ambiguity, while interpreting feedback.

Qualifications/ Skills:

Minimum Required:

• Background in Healthcare or Biopharmaceutical Industry a plus

• Experience working across digital platforms, including web and mobile

• Strong design portfolio with 2+ years’ experience using video editing equipment and programs

• Proficient in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects

• Mastery of video and audio editing software and programs

• Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music, and transitions

• Excellent visual design skills with solid understanding of digital production

• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Animate a plus

• Comfortable with Work-front or similar project management tools

Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses :

• Degree program or equivalent in design or computer-related programs such as Web Design and Development, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Interactive Computing, or Digital Media; or equivalent experience

• Strong design portfolio with 2+ years’ experience using video editing equipment and programs

Competencies:

• Thorough communication and presentation skills and problem-solving aptitude

• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
