Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The individual will be responsible to manage the Digital service offer associated to Process Automation and Industry Services in Matrix. In particular, this person will be specially focused on the development and deployment of Digital services Offer existing in Process Automation as part of the Customer First services plans.
- To enrich the Process Automation and Industry Services in matrix digital offer with new proposals
- To adapt the future Industry Services digital offer to the main Industry services segments: O&G, MMM, WWW, CPG
- Assist in driving company objectives and growth projections specially in the Process Automation Clusters and rest of Schneider Electric local entities
- Collaborate within the Industry Services Offer Creation, PMO and Marcom teams to ensure that all steps required by the development process for a service are accomplished.
- Define sales forecasts and business plans for growth.
- Strategic focus: Identify type of digital services / focus areas / preferred targets for growth. The relevant factors are geographic, application, segment, customer type and competitor information
- Offer management focus: Relevant aspects are value proposition, digital service features, pricing, go to markets, processes, forecasting, metrics.
- Offer deployment focus: collaborate and support the Industry services commercial team, to develop effective growth campaign across all regions
- Assist in negotiating and closing business dealings
Education/Skills:
- Candidates with strong experience in Marketing and business development/sales/sales support skills are essential.
- Strong technical aptitude in Process Automation
- Possess strong experience with Schneider or 3rd party Services oriented companies
- Ideal Candidate will have a BS in Control, Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering. MBA would be a plus
- Ideal Candidate will be a strategic thinker and able to work in global team environment
