Responsibilities:
Purpose of Job:
The Customer Project Manager (CPM) effectively and efficiently handles their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope with a data-driven approach to build insights and trends to lead performance. This includes the delivery of products and services, exceeding customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of the Ericsson business case. Following responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools. The CPM delivers value to the customer by using a customer centric attitude to; predict and prevent, analyze and change, isolate and accurate by proposing improvements to support short and long-term profitable business that enables the customer digital journey, brings speed and success and reduces the overall cost of sales.

Skills/ Qualifications:
- Entry level: a first degree or equivalent qualification.
- PMP Certification required
