Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop digital marketing strategy/ campaigns: Study economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Plan, design, and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing material: Work on emails, social media, consumer marketing, BTL and display advertising campaigns.
• Lead customer experience assessment, marketing and advertising process and technology assessment, KPI and definition, solution and vendor assessment for different marketing technologies including Adobe
• Design new campaign strategies and strategize marketing plans : Work across all channels and devices and design measurement and reporting framework to assess performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience: Work across multiple channels and customer touch points, gathering business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions
• Work on Digital Marketing, Online Media Planning, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing: Deep-dive into Web Analytics, SEO, Social media marketing, CRM, Market Research, Marketing Analytics, PPC, Content marketing, Social analytics and ORM tools
Skills/ Qualifications:
• MBA from a tier 1 institute
• Overall experience of 8+ years with at least 3+ years of experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.)
• Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Working experience on consumer base management campaigns (Upsell/ Cross-sell and Retention)
• Hands on experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe, Cloud, Google Marketing platform, Google Ads, Pega decisioning, SFMC etc.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments
• Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams

• Leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members
