Customer Service & Operations Analyst Jobs in Natwest Group - Gurgaon
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Authorising and investigating all transactions to defined KPIs
- Providing specialist support by monitoring and sharing MI
- Collecting and analyzing the required information from the customers and businesses
- Reviewing processes that could be enhanced to improve the customer experience
Qualifications/ Skills:
- You'll be an M.Com or an MBA in Finance or have a qualification in ACCA, CMA, FRM, or ICWA, or be qualified in any relevant banking professional course like JAIIB or CAIIB.
- We'll also look for at least two years of experience in financial spreading, ratio analysis, and handling financial statements.
- You’ll have strong customer service abilities along with customer and industry knowledge.
- You’ll also work well in a fast-paced environment and have good organizational skills for delivering to deadlines.
- It'll be ideal if you come with experience in back-office, RMPS, and Spread Smart.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- Sound accounting knowledge
- In-depth understanding of financial statements and accounting standards and ratio analysis
- An awareness of changes in trends, policies and regulations
- A thorough understanding of products, processes and banking systems
