Job Description

Responsibilities:

You consult and support our internal customers in understanding and applying Swiss Re's Records Management Framework.
You communicate and collaborate with our key stakeholders within business units, corporate functions and third parties from various cultural and professional backgrounds.
You drive topics and initiatives forward independently and with visible results to change and improve the experience of our customers.
You evaluate alternative options and solutions and bring in ideas for continuous improvement of our processes and services.
You work with Swiss Re's core systems for managing the lifecycle of records.
You collaborate closely with our global team to gain knowledge, exchange knowhow, and support each other for the success of our services and the team.

Qualification and Skills:

Candidates with education suit the position

You earned a university degree (or similar) in Information Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
Ideally you bring 3+ years of working experience in Records and Information Management, Data Management, or in consulting.

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

It would be an outstanding plus if you bring experience in Records and Information Management as well as IT applications and processes with you.
