Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Service Alarm Monitoring and Work towards KPI fulfillment for
the nodes/network assigned - Alarm Management for the assigned Network Services
- Fault remedy requiring-sitete presence is
dispatched timely (as per the SLA / KPI) to the field operations
organization - Trouble Ticket Management
- Regular follow-up on the incidents with relevant departments working on it.
- Work towards the Individual performance parameters assigned by the
Shift Manager - Adherence to the organizational guidelines &
departmental processes & procedures5. Main Tasks
Skills/ Qualifications:
Education Requirement :
- BE (EC/CS/IT)
Experience Requirement :
- 2 - 5 years
Skills & Competencies :
- Creation of Trouble Tickets after event observation and
co-relation - Clearing the first-level Network Alarms after TT
closure - Ticket updating and routing to the relevant department
for further course of action - Follow-up and closure of ticket
