Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Danfoss High-Pressure Pumps sales to demonstrate the value of High-Pressure Pumps, Energy Recovery Devices, and valves.
- Provide technical support as well as backup to customers on commissioning support (including creating and maintaining customer drawings and specifications), product queries and technical issues, and processing of service/warranty claims.
- Conduct product training for internal/external sales, customers, wholesalers, sales partners, and service partners.
- Provide frontline support for technicians.
- Collecting data related to market conditions and trends, competitors, and prices.
- First point of contact for after Service issues
- Create sales opportunities out of field operations.
- Work with OEMs, and engineering manufacturing companies to limit warranty and decide on the right choice of products.
- Troubleshoot pumps on-site for customers.
- P & ID review during tendering stage and Post order stage.
- Generate spares inquiry and submit quotation.
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related specialty
- 4-6 years of proven experience preferably from the desalination industry or high-pressure water pump industry.
- Candidate must have sound technical knowledge of pumps and have worked in Centrifugal Pump Service. Should possess knowledge in the Erection, Commissioning Assembly, and Dismantling of Pumps.
- Willingness to travel throughout India and abroad.
- Structured, self-driven, and maintain a good overview on a busy day.
- Candidate should be able to communicate In English and Hindi
- Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- Need to have a business approach mindset and interpersonal skills with customers at all levels. We expect you to be strong at building and keeping good relations with clients.
