• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations 
• Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork 
• Ability to handle User/customer escalations and formulate actions to resolve any concerns and ownership till resolution
• Ability to analyze the data and prepare required reports
• Familiarize the team with the latest process update and changes, team and individual targets
• Ability to prepare presentations
• Identify process improvement ideas, mentor team members on implementing improvement ideas/Six sigma/lean projects
• Computer literacy
