Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • End to end ownership of all the data sheets.
  • Resolving queries raised by all the employee including Insurance & other queries.
  • Managing onboarding & offboarding formalities.
  • Vendor Management Coordination with internal & external stakeholders
Qualifications/ Skills:
Qualification & Experience : 
  • Experience of 2+ years in the HR ops domain Working knowledge of MIS, Dashboard and PPT.
  • Must be Mumbai based.
  • Better if worked with an organization of similar size & industry.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of advance excel.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Have an ownership mindset.
  • Aggressively drive the tasks and deliver results.
