Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Own end to end finance support for designated business function in the PPE & Product finance portfolio

• Help shape, lead and execute on a wide breadth of financial processes on an ongoing and periodic basis including long-range planning, budgeting, close and forecast, resource allocation, KPIs, and performance management

• Develop in-depth understanding of the business to proactively identify key business drivers

• Maintain and foster a collaborative engagement with business to cultivate strong partnership, yield actionable insights and unlock incremental value for the enterprise

• Effectively communicate financial results and key drivers through concise and effective story telling

• Identify opportunities and lead implementation of solutions to streamline, harmonize, and align workstreams to drive efficiency and improve response time to evolving requests from the business

• Lead and conduct business case modeling, run deep dive analysis and other ad-hoc projects as needed

Skills/ Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have solid problem-solving and financial modeling skills, be intellectually curious with a knack for connecting the dots, and a proven track record of helping to facilitate value creation through next level business partnership.

• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related preferred

• 5-10 years of professional finance experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment, FP&A, Forecasting, Budgeting, Planning, modelling, variance analysis, OPEX, Accruals, etc

• Excellent conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills

• Effective at communicating financial analysis for both technical and non-technical customers

• Experience and/or ability to effectively manage strong outcomes in a matrixed organization

• Commitment to contribute to a collaborative and inclusive culture
