Job Description
Responsibilities:
Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
Process & Production Control, Maintaining Calibration, Qualification, Validation & Verification of Equipments
Quality Analysis - Using A3, PSR & CAPA approach to eliminate quality problems
Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Qualifications/ Skills:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Experience in Process Engineering & handling Critical Equipments
Know how on Calibration Process, Basic knowledge on Quality Failure Analysis
TPM knowledge to maintain Equipments
Desired:
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Ability to handle Process & Equipment qualification individually
Six Sigma Green Belt adds extra value to the role
