Job Description

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the development of creative elements used in media products including art, animation, photography, videography, sound mixing, composing, voice direction, and other visual and auditory design elements.
• The Post-Production area is responsible for the review, editing, and synchronization of all aspects of media content generated to create finished products
• The Video Editing focus specializes in editing and modifying raw footage and digital video recordings for use in media productions. Includes reorganizing, cutting, and combining recordings, and providing visual alterations such as color, light, and shadow correction.
• Edits and modifies raw footage/screen recording of gameplay videos and/or digital video recordings for use in media productions including mobile games, advertising, animation, web-based video and/or streaming.
• Reorganizes combines multiple recordings and cuts raw video content to tell a visual story.
• Provides post-production edits and visual alterations to video recordings including color, lighting and shadow correction
• Maintains the artistic vision of the content production staff while adhering to length and time constraints. Fluently uses video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and other relevant Adobe software to bring out the final product

Skills/ Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Design/VFX/Visual communication

• The high degree of accountability since this is a small team, and the role is critical to the success of the project
• Should love thinking out of the box, since we have a lot of scope for innovation here
• Creative thinker that works independently without a lot of oversight and direction
• Excellent grasp of the English language and ability to paraphrase
• Interest / Prior experience in Gaming / Real Money Gaming is a plus
• Knowledge/Experience of social media-based content discovery is a plus
• Media and Gaming cover activities related to the development, production, publication, and distribution of animation, gameplay videos, web-based video, streaming, broadcast, mobile games, and other forms of media.
• Has to have a good amount of experience in video editing/story board creation/ creating promotional marketing videos
