Responsibilities:
- Turning information into engaging and interactive online content with a user-friendly interface.
- Designing modern learning experience.
- Developing and editing digital media content for online learning.
- Supporting the further development of the e-learning platform.
- Interface with training department to understand the requirement and translate them into training content.
- To propose innovative solutions to create maximum impact to the learners.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in either education/media design/software management.
- Should have 5 + years of experience.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Software's (LMS) like Moodle, etc.
- Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.
- Working knowledge of andrological/pedagogical learning theory and instructional design.
- Working knowledge of the latest digital learning trends.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
