Job Description

Responsibilities:

L2 support on Network. L3, L2 switch management. Rules configuration
L3 Firewall Support and Antivirus server management
Rules and policy creation for Internet users
Maintaining of ILL and MPLS connectivity
Undertake IT projects as instructed by the IT HOD
Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops
Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
Network optimization and network monitoring.
DNS mapping, DHCP Server management
Creation of Routing and De-Routing
Router Management.
Analysis of operational level issues and arranging solution in line with SLA time frame.
Responsible to arrange a required network spare parts.
