Operations Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Own and execute investment operations and production processes.

· Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the production is timely and meet required quality standards.

· Identify areas of improvement across the team and proactively take steps to improve those processes by offering ideas.

· Keep documentation of processes up to date.

· Identify and manage operational risks.

Qualification & Skills:

· 2 – 2.5 years of working experience in Financial Operations domain. Ability to work in a strict deadline.

· Ability to execute regular operations and production processes.

· Skilled in troubleshooting production issues.

· Ability to take general instruction on routine work and detailed instructions on new proojer cts assignments and execute on those assignments.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.

· Attention to detail, Multi-tasking.

· Ready to work on Indian holidays.
