Job Description
The Caretaker for elderly patients is responsible for providing care to their assigned patient. This includes administering medication, meal preparation, personal care, and assisting with their basic needs. The Caretaker also provides companionship and emotional support.
Responsibilities:
Administer medication to the patient as ordered by a doctor, including any changes in dose or frequency
Prepare meals as directed by the patient's dietician or physician
Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Keep records of the patient's condition and progress
Maintain a clean environment in the patient's room and on the unit
Provide emotional support to the patient and family members
Assist with discharge planning when appropriate
Assist with other duties as necessary
Requirements:
Qualification : ANM (or) GNM (or) B.Sc (Nursing) from a recognised college
Language Skills : Qualified in Japanese Proficiency Test / JLPT Level 3
6 Months Training on Japanese Langugae will be provided by TOMCOM to clear JLPT Level 3Age Limit : 22 to 35 YearsOther Requirements :Candidates should be medically fit
Have a valid passport
Be familiar with Japanese culture

Annual Salary Package : 24,00,000 YEN to 28,00,000 YEN + Benefits as per the norms
(Rs.14,00,000/- to Rs. 16,00,000/- per annum)
Visa Period : Initial work permit for 5 years under Specialized Skilled Workers (SSW) Scheme of Japan
