Skills/ Qualifications:

• Excellent business acumen, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and to take ownership of projects and relationships
• Results driven with a focus on generating business insights from data and finding data driven solutions
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and good interest and skill for number crunching
• Understanding of the scope of data science methods and current state of art methodologies and applications in different domains.
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere with constantly evolving requirements and challenges
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members
• Relevant 6 – 8 years of work experience in business strategy and operations (Analytics and Ecommerce experience preferred)
• B. Tech/MBA from Tier1 colleges.
