Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Together with Product UX Design and peer product team members help drive understanding to identify user needs, explore future experiences and turn concepts into product UX design and ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
• Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
• Defining strong evidenced-based design rationales and communicating and advocating those decisions to a variety of stakeholders and teams.
• Define and improve Visual Design best practices by continuously benchmarking against industry trends.
• Participate and help setup brainstorming, design sprints, human-centred design workshops and other co-creative design methods to bring the UX and Design strategy to life.
• Implementing and promoting design deliverables to key stakeholders up to Digital Experience and Domain Leadership.
• Collaborate with other designers to test ideas, share challenges, provide feedback, and build quality in your practice.
• Present and communicate design work to a range of different audiences.
Skills/ Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
• 3+ years working on concepting and producing innovative, world-class design and experiences to drive the direction for customer facing digital experiences.
• Experience across the entire design process, building and iterating on a product or experiences based on usage patterns, user feedback and an evolving strategic landscape.
• Experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile.
• Expert proficiency with Figma and/or other design tools such as Sketch.
• The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong skills in art direction and curation, resulting in high-quality designs and digital stories that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
• Strong communication skills to share your findings and approaches with technical and business stakeholders.
