Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Own the customer onboarding process, and deliver a WOW experience during the initial client journey.
  • Ensure customers are onboarded with the right expectations.
  • Source high quality digital content to create best-in-class catalogs.
  • Manage multiple outsourced vendors.
  • Ensure regular process reviews and technology-based process
    improvement feedbacks to cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain fast onboarding, audits, training, and team motivation focus.
  • Maintain process compliances and hygiene.
Skills/ Qualifications:
Skills Required:
  • Vendor Management, Data Analysis, Rapid Process Improvement, Audit Reports.
Experience Range:
  • 2 - 7 years
Educational Qualifications:
  • Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM
