Educational Qualification & Responsibilities :

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or a related field
• >3 years with increased responsibility in accounting or finance related field.
• Experience in larger international structure.
• Strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multitask.
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
• Thorough knowledge of how to assess, analyse and mitigate risks in a business environment.
• Thorough knowledge of how to plan, measure financial records in compliance with internal and external regulations and ensuring value for money in reaching business objectives and long-term profitable growth.
• Ability to work with many details and constantly meet deadlines and to work independently as needed
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the organisation
• Ability to prioritize, provide clear directions, multi-tasking and to work with a diverse work group at all levels of the organization
• Strategic, tactical and operational business partner, with strong analytical skills, ability to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions
• Strong Collaborator – being good at building alliances and working together with the team and other stakeholders, inside as well as outside of IKEA

Your responsibilities :

• Maintain the financial structures to follow-up cost and performance in line with global frameworks
• Work closely together with Project Controlling and Financial Controller to support in creating insight in costs and performance and support business steering
• Coordinates and consolidates detailed project budget, forecasts including resource and capacity planning, securing proper categorization of investment cost (e.g., IT, Ordering, Receiving, Capex, Opex).
• Ensure relevant, complete, accurate and timely project information in line with Ingka global frameworks, local legal requirements, steering principles and recharging model. Administrates the financial structures and data, e.g., project codes in the different systems, working closely with Project Controlling and Financial Controlling both on country and Group level.
• Supports and educates the business with setting up and maintaining the financial structures to follow up project cost and performance and securing decision making.
• Reviews project cost categories and codes used in order to secure high data quality for the reporting purposes.
• Monitors the progress of a project (cost follow-up) to ensure that it is working within set deadlines and budget frames. Performs variance analysis and reviews and challenges reported actuals and forecasts, maintaining cost control
