Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Selling LV motors to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for business across the territory assigned
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understandings of full offering of products, and aligning to provide a solution
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and preparing and monitoring sales plan on regular basis
  • Establishing and monitoring sales bids
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know how sharing and cross collaboration
  • Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the division
  • Focusing on value-based selling and managing customer accounts receivables

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech in Electrical/Automation domain
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and sound knowledge of Rotating machines
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
  • Should be collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to develop innovating sales approach based on digital tools
  • Existing relationships with customers would be added advantage
