Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
- Developing a solid and trusted relationship with panel builders, channel partners
- Interacting with customers at regular intervals,understandingd their needs and addressing problems / issues, acting as a trusted technical partner to the customer to generate customer satisfaction
- Covering of panel builders, key industry, building, and utilityend-userss & influencers in the area of operation withinthe assigned territory
- Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology Engineer or above in Electrical or Electronics
- Min 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales, working as individual contributor with LV Switchgear in the NCR market
- Knowledge of Industrial Segment & SFDC operations
- Experience of direct Sales, account management and cross-selling
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude
- Experience in any one or all the following areas: Low Voltage Equipment’s or Electrical Distribution
