Job Description

Responsibilities:

Tax compliance processes like Lobbying and state apportionment, Meals and Entertainment, Federal and state Depreciation, Fringe Benefit Tax calculation, VAT for EU countries etc.
Compliance processes within tax reporting, transfer pricing, indirect taxes and Swiss principal controlling as well as ad hoc analysis.
Furthermore, you will be expected to act as a sparring partner for the global tax organisation with focus on the Corporate Tax in Denmark and North America tax group in Princeton, USA as well as the Swiss principals.
The role of sparring partner will be to raise the knowledge level about accounting processes within the existing team and improvement of the current compliance processes.

Qualifications:

Fluent in written and spoken English.
Bachelor or master’s in finance or accounting from an international recognised institute.
2+ years of experience in an accounting/economy/business analysis function from a larger organisation.
Solid knowledge about tax, accounting, reviewing, reconciliation, presentation and interpretation.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SAP – Finance module (FI) is an advantage.
