Senior Engineer - Sales Jobs in Danfoss - Kolkata

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 
•    Representing Danfoss Commercial Building Solutions: PIBCV valves, Drives, Turbocor Compressors to Hospitals, Hotels, Data Centers, Education Institutions, Malls, Pharma End Users & Consultants s in the East/North region (primarily Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Assam, including Bangladesh and work towards increasing Share of Wallet with them.
•    Responsible for establishing connection with key stakeholders – OEMs, End-users, Contractors, and consultants to influence opportunities at early stages of projects, while enhance the good relationship with existing customers via spec-in activities. Working with various Route to Markets to achieve overall nos – incl all 3 product lines.   
•    Managing commercial activities, negotiation, documentation processes for order/supply, by taking internal support as required.
•    Managing the entire sales process including sales collateral, joint customer presentations, tender preparation, pricing, negotiating, etc. 
Working with the regional team (including Channel Team) and support Project basis to other regions as and when required

Qualifications/ Skills:
•Engineering Graduate with 3-7 years of experience in engineering sales 
•Knowledge about HVAC Market & Product preference background: Pumps, Fans, Drives, Valves, Switch gears, BMS, etc.
•Prior experience directly with end users or with OEMs – Chiller, Pump, Fan, AHU, highly preferred
•Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills & teamwork spirit
•Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) and other regional languages will be an added advantage.
•Ability and inclination to work under pressure and frequent business travel 
•Follow ethical procedures in all business interactions
•Most important is your business approach and interpersonal skills with customers at all levels. We expect you are strong at building and keeping good relations with new and existing clients
