Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To do business development for data eraser business of stellar
  • The role requires timely and accurate reply to all the incoming emails, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, cross selling and up-selling products and making follow-up calls to help customers with their buying queries and decisions
  • To expand reach of BitRaser globally by creating Customer base in Enterprises MSPs, ITADs, partner business.
  • Manage and support existing partners. Build relationships with partners for repeat business
  • Gain repeat business from all existing customer.
  • Achieve Business Targets as assigned by the business head
  • Handle Website Chats & Enquiries
  • All leads, staging, tasks, payments data to be updated in Zoho CRM daily
  • Communicate and inform proactively about new product launches, special offers and bundle offerings etc to existing partners.
  • Events coordination – Lining up meetings, Assisting in Event activities & management
  • Invoicing & MIS on Zoho as required.
  • Product Testing on release
  • Log tasks on Zoho Projects for internal teams
  • Coordinate with design team for tasks
  • Formulate FAQ’s based on chats & form received on monthly basis
  • Newsletter Dissemination
  • Tests & Updation of PPC campaigns LPs
  • Reply on Blog within assigned TAT of 2 Business Days
  • Participate in Community Forums like MSTechnet, Spiceworks etc.
  • Quarterly Competition analysis

Qualifications/ Skills:

Requirements:

  • Knowledge about Technology and software – IT skills
  • Strong English Communication skills
  • Experience in lead generation/inside sales
  • Flexible to work in 3 PM to 12AM and 8 PM to 5 AM  shift
