Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage vendor relationships with over 500 Target vendors, while also providing necessary training and communication to all partners.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, cross-functional partners & key stakeholders both inside and outside the company
Train and share expertise to team, peers & partners
Train vendors on offer management tool and other necessary offer tools.
Internal partner relationships include, but not limited to: Target Weekly Ad Marketing, Creative, Campaign, Finance, Merchandising, Print Production, & TTS.
External working relationships include vendors, agencies, print partners & third party delivery partners.
Loyalty Offer Channels include, Circle, Weekly Ad, Direct Mail, Campaign, 3rd Party Delivery Channels & In-Store.

Manage Workflow and information
Project manager that leads end-to-end execution for Loyalty offers
Acts as a liaison between internal and external groups to expedite offers
Ensures images/assets are brand
Ensures offer strategies & segmentation goals are on track to be realized through the execution workflow
Troubleshoots solutions should project fall off plan; bring partners together to develop win-win solutions when projects go off timing or process
Delivers data, information & materials on time and efficiently
Communicates all deadlines as need to vendors and buyers
Secures execution details from other teams/sources
Manages the proofing, approval & offer complete process
Proactively seeks out reliable sources for information to ensure all details in an offer are accurate
Manages change throughout execution workflow
Test Offer Management Tool and Cartwheel daily in multiple environments
Provides visibility to offer execution including (but not limited to) volume, timing, obstacles, expense and effectiveness
Ensures guest experience is maximized
Consults with partners to minimize fraud & abuse
Special projects as assigned
Manage the end-to-end execution process for all Target coupons within an assigned business category(s).
Serve as primary contact with internal and external teams to ensure flawless, timely coupon execution – Coupon planning team, Merchant Planning Specialist, GDAS, TI, and Catalina.
Assess campaign timelines and coupon volume to anticipate/prioritize workload and make timing adjustments as needed.
Serve as gatekeepers to ensure coupons adhere to corporate and brand guidelines.
Assess scope of coupon change requests and make prioritization decisions based on business/guest objectives.
Collaborate with Coupon Planners to identify and prioritize coupon performance reporting needs.
Provide insights and recommendations to key partners on coupon performance.
Serve as subject matter experts on projects related to improving execution efficiency; develop, create and improve processes

Qualifications/ Skills:

Requirements

College degree
4-6+ years’ work experience
Demonstrated experience organizing information, communicating effectively and working as part of a team
Understanding of basic marketing and business principles
Understanding of forecast and budget management
Strong analytical skills; Excel, Access/database management
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including comfort with macros, lookups etc.

Proficient Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word skills

Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
