Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of Trade confirmation and Settlements (Equity, Fixed Income & Foreign Exchange).

• Ensure that the transactions are processed as per procedures.

• Responsible for clearing the daily exception queues.

• Provide process training to team members to improve their performance levels.

• Working closely together with Static data team, Traders and external advisors to ensure accurate information is updated within our processing database.

• Working with various Operations, Technology, Legal, & front office teams during your day-to-day responsibilities

• Ensuring the processes are in adherence with SOPs and the same are updated as required.

• Understand and minimize risks associated with breaks and trade mismatches.

• Should take active participation in all the assigned projects; should complete assigned tasks within deadlines and at previously agreed upon accuracy levels. Help the team in understanding the various projects assigned and should be able to resolve their queries

Skills/ Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Financial Services experience, especially in trade settlement is required

• 3-5 years of related experience
