Job Description

Responsibilities:

•  Build cost effective marketing strategies to acquire & retain high quality users at scale
•  Manage budgets and teams across all organic & inorganic channels and community
• Build and scale a Go-to-Market strategy for all products and services of CoinDCX
•  Lead and grow a data-driven and high-performance marketing team
•  Implement robust scalable processes which allow scaling our user base by 10x
•  Lead GTM for tapping new user profiles (e.g. institutions) and new markets (e.g. intl.)
•  Lead Marketing OKRs - deliver results by setting goals and achieving impact at scale
•  Monitor the market trends and competition to evolve marketing strategies effectively
•  Align stakeholders across senior management and function heads
• Manage effective communication & coordination across all functional teams

Skills/ Qualifications:

• 15+ years of demonstrated success in marketing & GTM teams for leading Consumer. 
• Fintech and/or Consumer Internet organizations in India
• Prior experience of acquiring customers at scale via organic and inorganic channels
• Experience building and leading high-performing, high-creativity teams
• Sound business judgment; and strong data based decision making capabilities
• Adept at building relationships, liaising with external clients and managing stakeholders
• Ability to capitalize market & consumer trends via data, research and experimentation
• Fluency in communication and clarity in articulation
• Love for Crypto, Blockchain and Web-3
