Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow the Opening & Closing checklist and ensure all necessary items are available.
- Keep a record of the utility readings (Electricity/Diesel/Gas) and track them on a regular basis.
- Manage and control Packaging Wastage in case of order cancellations.
- Conduct daily inventory checks for all necessary items such as Veg/ Non-veg stickers, packaging materials, gas cylinders, etc.
- Follow the processes for goods received Note (GRN)/Transfer Orders (TO) for movement of stock and maintain the records.
- Conduct daily shelf-life checks for items like desserts and beverages for FIFO (First in First out to ensure minimum wastage.
- Ensure basic hygiene is in place.
- Responsible for food items packaging, checking tags and add-ons to ensure delivery of expected items as per customer order.
- In case of stock-outs, reach out to the CC teams through DEs to update and replace items to ensure the minimization of dispatch-related errors.
