Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the Opening & Closing checklist and ensure all necessary items are available. 
  • Keep a record of the utility readings (Electricity/Diesel/Gas) and track them on a regular basis.
  • Manage and control Packaging Wastage in case of order cancellations. 
  • Conduct daily inventory checks for all necessary items such as Veg/ Non-veg stickers, packaging materials, gas cylinders, etc.
  • Follow the processes for goods received Note (GRN)/Transfer Orders (TO) for movement of stock and maintain the records.
  • Conduct daily shelf-life checks for items like desserts and beverages for FIFO (First in First out to ensure minimum wastage.
  • Ensure basic hygiene is in place.
  • Responsible for food items packaging, checking tags and add-ons to ensure delivery of expected items as per customer order.
  • In case of stock-outs, reach out to the CC teams through DEs to update and replace items to ensure the minimization of dispatch-related errors.
