Job Description

Responsibilities:

Process Analysis:
•   Cooperation with business stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for projects and process standardization/improvement/development/automation
•   Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
•   Identify problems and threats
•   Bring management's attention to inconsistencies and problems
•   Take part in solving the problem
•   Communication with Central OneERP SIOP Team on incidents and development

Tools optimization and improvements:
•   Participate and testing new features in Anaplan tool during general development
•   Take lead in testing Anaplan 2.0 in Supply part
•   Collect and organize improvement proposals for the tool and create change requests
•   Participating in projects related to SIOP tools
•   Interact with multiple stakeholders to communicate on ongoing and implemented improvements
•   Improve SIOP maturity assessments tools and administrate their deployment

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics/Business/Engineering/IT
•    3 years of experience in Supply Chain planning and execution
•    Knowledge of SAP
•    Knowledge of Anaplan tool
•    Strong communication and presentation skills (you need to be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and functional teams)
•    Critical thinking
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills; self-motivated
•    Creative problem solving
•    Data-driven approach
