Job Description

Responsibilites:

Understand the project scope requirements and undertake a detailed requirement gathering with the customer.

Carry out detailed design which includes HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design), Service Solution Document, Configuration Template & OEM Validation, Service Activation, Fulfilment, Feasibility & Provisioning
Responsible for installing, configuring, managing, fixing issues etc.
Business continuity, multi-site storage administration, replication, virtualization and product specific technologies
Oversee application architecture and deployment in cloud environments - public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud.
Should capable of cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring.
Co-ordinate with the project team, field team for deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews and resolve technical issues in co-ordination with execution vendors.
Provide Training to the team and ensure hands-on to the team working
Responsible to handover with requisite Handover Document

Experience

Hands on experience on Cloud migrations On-prem to Cloud, Viz a Viz
Good understanding of networking and Security concepts
Good knowledge of at least one operating system: Linux, Unix, Solaris, Ubuntu, Windows
Strong knowledge on Virtualization technology skills like VMware, Dockers, HyperV, Xen etc. Systems architecture skills, excellent collaborative skills, and strong analytical reasoning
Well understanding of auto scaling, Content Delivery, Regional and Availability zones functional level
Experience in configuration of multi-redundancy architecture for DC and DR setup
Well understanding of ITIL and other Process frameworks

Certifications

VMWare Cloud Certification (Mandatory)
Any Cloud certification (Preferred)
ITIL Certification (Preferred)

Skills :

Experience on all cloud models like IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
Hands on experience on Private cloud, Public cloud, Hybrid cloud deployments
Hands on experience on Automation, Orchestration, Self-service catalogues, integration with other private clouds etc
In-Depth knowledge on Micro segmentation, Microservices applications
