Social Content Coordinator Jobs in One Local - Work From Home (Online)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage 100+ clients on an on-going, monthly basis 
• Create social media content using an ai. tool
• Manage freelancers; provide tasks, context and deadlines 
• Edit 100+ blogs (600-700 words), per month
• Post scheduled social media posts, upload blog articles on needed Content Management System (CMS)
• Work closely with Account Managers, Account Coordinators, Sales and other Delivery Teams to ensure alignment of client goals and success
• Work closely with the Content Specialist on LocalSocial related projects
• Create new and update processes to improve the client experience and the LocalSocial product offering from initial onboarding to ongoing
• Keep up to date on industry best practices and update internal processes and strategies to reflect this
• Maintain a thorough understanding of OneLocal’s technologies, processes, and teams
• Understand the company’s goals and vision, participating in your own individual goal setting on a quarterly basis

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Ability to adapt and thrive in fast paced, evolving role within the organization
• A degree or diploma in journalism, communications, English, marketing or a related field
• Excellent organization skills to maintain a high level of time-management and process-oriented functioning
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in planning and running social media campaigns
• Creative and outside of the box thinking
• Experience with social media posting platforms
• Excellent written communication skills, including understanding of copywriting best practices
• Experience with CMS such as Wordpress
