Job Description

Responsibilities:

Developing social media content that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Performing other duties when needed.
Assume the responsibility for crafting online reviews and responding to the user
Take a customer-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations.
Strong follow-up required on all the assigned cases.
Provide resolution within the framed timelines.

Skills/ Qualifications:

1 or more years of Proven working experience in social media
Positive attitude and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge and understanding of Social Media Platforms and user sentiments would be an advantage.
Knowledge of social media Tools (added advantage).
Proficient in Written English, should be able to come up with immediate creative responses.
Experience in handling email grievances/queries would be an advantage.
